AQUAH 2025 Tickets

1. Ticket Categories

1.1 General Admission

• Saturday Ticket: Grants access to the event on Saturday.
• Sunday Ticket: Grants access to the event on Sunday.
• Weekend Ticket: Grants access to the event on both Saturday and Sunday.

1.2 VIP Ticket

• VIP Ticket: Grants access to the event on both Saturday and Sunday, with the following exclusive benefits:
  • Early entry before the general public on both days, providing premium access to vendors.
  • Admission to the AQUAH Evening Event, offering the opportunity to network with vendors and industry leaders.

1.3 Children

• Children aged 12 or under may attend the event free of charge when accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.

2. Ticket Purchase and Policy

• Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, except if the event is cancelled by the organiser. In the case of cancellation, the ticket purchaser will receive a full refund.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless authorised by the organiser in advance.
• VIP tickets offer exclusive early entry and additional perks. No other tickets provide these privileges.

3. Entry and Age Restrictions

• All attendees must present a valid ticket to gain entry to the event.
• Children under the age of 12 are permitted free entry but must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket at all times.

4. Event Modifications and Cancellations

• The organiser reserves the right to modify the event schedule, content, or location. In the event of significant changes, the organiser will provide notice to ticket holders as soon as possible.
• If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price.
• The organiser is not responsible for additional costs incurred by the attendee, such as travel or accommodation expenses, due to event changes or cancellation.

5. VIP Experience

• VIP ticket holders are granted early access to the event on both days, allowing them to visit vendors before the general public.
• VIP tickets also include access to the AQUAH Evening Event, which is an exclusive networking opportunity with key figures and vendors from the industry.

6. Health and Safety

• Attendees are required to follow any health and safety guidelines implemented by the organiser or venue management. Non-compliance may result in removal from the event without refund.

7. Liability

• The organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the event.
• Attendees attend the event at their own risk, and the organiser will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from attending the event.

8. Photography and Recording

• By attending the event, ticket holders agree to allow the organiser to use their image or likeness in any photography or video recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes.
