£3,000 + VAT
Place your brand in the hands of every AQUAH attendee! All visitors will receive an official AQUAH show carrier bag at registration. Your logo will be prominently displayed on the bags that contain event guides and promotional material.
2. Entrance Sponsorship
£300 + VAT per banner
Get your brand noticed as soon as visitors walk through the doors! We’ll position your branded pull-up banner at the entrance for maximum visibility. Provide your own design, and we’ll ensure it grabs attention from the get-go.
3. Branded Carpet Tiles
£325 + VAT per tile
Capture attention with branded carpet tiles, strategically placed on the exhibition floor. These tiles act as a cost-effective directional tool to draw visitors straight to your stand. Size: 1m². Limited availability!
4. Tea & Coffee Voucher Sponsorship
£1,500 + VAT
Stay top of mind with visitors by sponsoring their refreshment breaks. Every attendee will receive a voucher for free tea or coffee, redeemable in the event hall. Your brand will be printed on the voucher and advertised across the catering areas.
5. Wristband Sponsorship
£2,500 + VAT
Every visitor to AQUAH will be given a wristband, making wristband sponsorship one of the highest exposure opportunities. Your company logo will appear on the lanyards, worn by over 5,000 attendees throughout the entire event.
6. Catering Area Sponsorship
£2,500 + VAT
Sponsor the catering area and ensure your brand is visible as attendees grab a bite to eat or take a break from the show. Your logo will be featured prominently in the catering zone and on the event program, associating your brand with the social hub of the event.
7. Leaflet Distribution in Show Bags
£750 + VAT per leaflet
Insert your promotional material directly into the visitor show bags, which are handed out at registration. This opportunity is limited to four exhibitors per show, ensuring your message stands out and reaches every visitor.
