Exhibitor Information 2025
REMEMBER YOUR HI VIS VEST
Without a Hi Vis vest you will be denied entry to the event on set up days. Please remember to bring your own, or alternatively you can preorder one here for collection on the day.
SET UP TIMES
Set up on the Friday is open 10am-10pm. Please note that no under 16s are permitted on site during set up and take down days.
ARRIVAL
Please email us with your planned arrival time and names of all staff members attending so we can issue exhibitor passes. We may be able to build your stand ready for your arrival time if you let us know ahead of the event. Whilst we can't guarantee it will be ready, this gives you the best chance of being able to set up as soon as you arrive! Please note, members of staff without exhibitors passes will be denied entry.
WATER
If you need us to provide water for your tanks/displays, please preorder below by 23:59 16th September 2025.

EXTENSION LEADS
We will be unable to provide extension leads on the day so please ensure you bring your own.
STAND FURNITURE

WIFI
Basic wifi is included as part of your package. A dedicated connection can be booked/paid for through the venue here.
