FULLY REFUNDABLE £249.99 DEPOSIT, WILL BE RETURNED IN FULL FOLLOWING YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT.
For any exhibitors wanting to sell or display livestock :

Coral Seller - Fully Equipped Stand
The complete package including aquarium, water, lighting, pump, heater & egg crate will be provided and setup for you on the day. Simply bring the corals you wish to sell and any branding/marketing materials you require. No stress, no hassle just enjoy the show!
Supplier/Brand Package (Includes Sponsorship)
Please select this option if you are a supplier, brand or wholesaler. This is a space only package for a 6m x 3m space and includes sponsorship of the AQUAH show.
Upon purchasing any of the stands above a member of the AQUAH event team will be in contact via phone or email to arrange preferred stand position and specialist requirements.
Exhibitors will gain access to the venue on Friday 20th September, allowing them time to get setup before the general public arrive on Saturday.

Friday (Setup) 7am - 7pm
Saturday 7am - 7pm
Sunday 7am - 12am
Electrical connections (1x 13A Socket) will be available per section, however please bring extension leads if necessary.
Alterations to the floorplan layout may occur dependent on demand, however allocated space will remain the same.
Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable; Should the event be cancelled, refunds will be issued to ticket holders using the same bank account information provided when tickets were purchased.
At present the only means of purchasing tickets is electronically via our website: www.aquah.co.uk and guests arriving at the venue without tickets will be declined entry. This is primarily due to fire safety restrictions relating to venue capacity for the event, but also to mitigate the risk of guests being turned away unnecessarily after a wasted journey.
Parking for one vehicle is available on site, however if more spaces are required please reach out to us, so that we can organise with venue operators.
