Children aged 12 and under are able enter AQUAH free of charge. However, to allow us to manage and anticipate attendance, please ensure you add a free child's ticket to your basket when placing your order.
Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable.
Should the event be cancelled, refunds will be issued to ticket holders using the same bank account information provided when tickets were purchased.
At present the only means of purchasing tickets is electronically via our website and guests arriving at the venue without tickets will be declined entry. This is primarily due to fire safety restrictions relating to venue capacity for the event, but also to mitigate the risk of guests being turned away unnecessarily after a wasted journey. Any changes to this will be published on our website. Parking is available on site.
